Express Grant Application

EXPRESS GRANTS

Express Grants are a quick and easy way for Rochester CUSD 3 staff and students’ great ideas to become reality in the current school year. This rolling grant cycle occurs monthly and provides up to $500 for immediate use.

All grants must be:

Initiated by a Rochester CUSD 3 staff member or student and support at least one Rochester CUSD 3 school
Approved by the school's principal
Aligned to your school’s Improvement Plan and/or to a curricular area or standard
Must be for an immediate/urgent need that cannot be funded through your building budget or school's PTO.

EXPRESS GRANTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE 2023/2024 SCHOOL YEAR AND WILL NOT BE FUNDED AT THIS TIME.

Express Grant Guidelines

Express Grants are awarded in a timely manner for projects that make a positive, immediate impact on student learning. Each approved Express Grant application will be funded for the current school year and has a $500 limit.
